Work With Me
I lead marketing for land developers and real estate teams, from first concept to a thriving place. If you have no marketing team, I create nearly everything myself. If you have one, I guide it and speak for marketing on the projects that are bigger, or faster, than it can take on.
Two Ways I Work
For startups, small businesses and new developments. One person who creates the work and carries it through: no agency to hire, brief or manage, and no markup. Video and drone filming is the one exception: I script, direct and edit, and a videographer films.
For established companies and large, complex projects. I lead your team, work with the agencies you already trust, and represent marketing with architects, site managers, investors and community stakeholders, on projects larger or faster than your team can absorb.
What I Do
Building the brand into the place, so it feels like somewhere from opening day.
Finding and structuring partnerships that add revenue or stretch the marketing budget.
A brand that feels like the place, and the tools your team needs to tell it.
Getting your project understood by the people whose support you need.
Experience, equipped
I put a career of development experience to work with modern tools: AI-supported research, content workflows and analytics that let a lean team produce more, stay on brand and move at the pace a project demands. The judgment is mine. The tools make it faster.
Market and competitor research · Drafts, collateral and social calendars · Websites and landing pages · Reporting and analytics · Brand standards that keep AI-assisted work on brand
How Engagements Work
An ongoing marketing leader, part-time, without the full-time hire. Best for teams of any size, or none.
A defined scope with a clear finish line: a launch, a rebrand, a website, an investor story. Best for large launches your team cannot absorb.
Steady monthly support and advisory as your project grows. Best for guiding an existing team.
Leadership through a transition, until the right permanent hire is in place.
