Privacy Policy
This is the website of Elizabeth Lord and Langworthy Lord ("we," "us"). We keep this simple: we collect as little as possible, we never sell your information, and we only use what you give us to do the thing you asked us to do.
What we collect
- When you use the contact form. The form opens your own email program with your message ready to send. Your note reaches us as an ordinary email — the website itself does not store it. We keep your email only as long as needed to correspond with you.
- When you subscribe to updates. If you join the email list, we collect your email address (through a third-party email service) so we can send occasional notes. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- Basic, anonymous traffic data. Like most websites, our host may record aggregate, non-identifying information such as page views. This site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
How we use it
To reply to you, to send the updates you asked for, and to understand which pages are useful. That's all. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Third parties
A few trusted services help run this site, each under its own privacy policy: our website host, our email-newsletter provider, and — if you buy the book — Amazon, whose checkout and data practices are governed by Amazon.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to delete any information you've shared by emailing langworthylord@me.com. We'll take care of it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Questions? Email langworthylord@me.com.
